Saved monitors
Save which domains and signal types you care about, then run a snapshot to see what matches today using the same rules as This week. A scheduled batch job records history when the matching signal set changes (see scripts/evaluate_monitors.py). Register alert addresses below; the API enqueues deliveries and a worker sends plain-text email when configured (SMTP or console mode on the server).
Your monitors are tied to an id stored in this browser only (localStorage). Clearing site data removes access unless you have the id elsewhere. Requires NEXT_PUBLIC_API_BASE_URL for the CivicNest API.
Alert email
When a monitor records a new event, pending deliveries are created for each address below. The server worker sends plain-text email (configure SMTP or console mode on the API). This UI only registers addresses for your browser owner id.
