Project description

ZR - Planning Revision Folder The application proposes a variety of mixed-use and single-use buildings, including retail and open space areas and new streets and blocks. Proposed for the Property are eight towers (with heights up to 40 storeys) with associated podiums of approximately six-storeys, four mid-rise buildings, and a two storey community hub building on eight development blocks. The buildings with the tallest heights are located on the southwest corner of the Property, where Highway 427 and Dundas Street West intersect, and decrease in height to the north and east.
