Project description

This ALT application proposes an alternative solution for compensating for a water feature proposed between the pool basin and the outdoor pool deck located on Level 12. The outdoor pool is captured under the Tower B Building Permit No. 20-172112 BLD 00 NB.The Galleria Block 5 project consists of the construction of two residential towers (Tower A - 29 storeys and Tower B - 24 storeys) that share a 12-level above grade common podium and 5 levels of underground parking. Tower A is being processed under Building Permit No. 20-172217 BLD 00 NB. As noted above, Tower B, which also includes the 12-storey podium and 5-level underground parking garage are being processed under Building Permit No. 20-172112 BLD 00 NB.
