The proposed development is as follows: 19 and 22 storey mixed-use buildings fronting on Warden Avenue, 33 and 36 storey buildings in the middle of the site and 2, 13-storey buildings at the rear of the site. The application proposes 1,519 residential units with a mix of unit types resulting in a residential gross floor area of 120,010 square metres.
