The row of townhouses were constructed in 1880 and they shared a common attic space and over time they were closed in with partition walls. 159 Munro Street (North side) converted their Attic into a Loft, and added an Attic separation wall. The proposed wall is to be between 157 and 155 Munro st (South Side). This will not be a party wall. It will be completely on 157 Munro St's side of the dividing line between the houses. The goal is that each Attic space have independent separation walls with an air gap over the center dividing line.
