Project description

ZR - Planning Revision Folder This is the site plan control application for Phase 1 of the lands. Site Plan Control application to permit the development of Phase One and Phase Two of the redevelopment at 250 Wincott Drive and 4620 Eglinton Avenue West. The proposed development includes Building C, a new 12-storey (49 metres, including the mechanical penthouse), and Building D, an existing one-storey commercial building proposed to be partially demolished, altered (enhanced with a series of brick, metal and glass materials), and will continue to be used for retail commercial purposes.
