REV 01 - removal of an unused door on the ground floor & emergency pull station & exit signage, the addition of fire dampers in basement on mechanical drawings to align with OBC requirements, relocated mechanical chase due to site conditions, plumbing provided for kitchen sink on ground floor to align with architectural, modifications to structural approach due to site conditions. No changes to the heritage strategy identified in the scoped HIA.Proposal for interior & exterior alterations.
