Project description
Proposal consists of minor changes to the permitted stacked townhouse development. Changes are required to the setbacks as the building envelope of all seven blocks has been pushed out by about 50 mm. This has resulted in an increase in overall GFA to 12,142 m2 as shown in revised project stats and a reduction in setbacks, as shown on architectural plans and project stats. Our estimation is that minor variances will be identified for the changes of setbacks established under Diagram 3 of By-law 690-2020 for all seven blocks of stacked townhouses illustrated on Diagram 3 of by- law 690-2020. For convenience, we have also provided a copy of By-law 690-2020 and a ¿revised¿ Diagram 3 to show the setbacks between what the by-law permits and what is being proposed for the setbacks regarding the stacked townhouse development.
