Project description

Repair corroded structural steel and deteriorated concrete bridge elements at one vehicular bridge (Bridge 5) and two pedestrian bridges (Bridges 9 and 10.) Remove and replace existing windows at enclosed portions of pedestrian bridges. Replace bridge traffic topping, waterproofing, and roofing, improve drainage, and replace lighting at the Ontario Place Bridges 9 and 10. Remove and replace Bridge 5 deck and remove and replace east portion of Bridge 9. All maintenance and repair work will be completed in compliance with the Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Provincial Heritage Properties definition of maintenance.
