Project description

HVAC - Proposed removal of existing generator on 255 Consumers Rd, and installation of new generator on rooftop of 255 Consumers Rd. Work to iunclude installation of fire-rated cable to new ATS and distribution at 255 Consumers mechanical room, installation of fire-rated cables in 251 Consumers generator room to feed new ATS and new distribution. New generator will be natural gas and natural gas will be delivered to engine by natural gas riser from existing gas metering station to rooftop. New generator to be connected to FA.
