Project description

Proposal to convert previously proposed non-residential gross floor area to residential gross floor area in the podium. In this regard, the proposal would alter the redevelopment plan approved under the site-specfic by-law by increasing the permitted overall maximum gross floor area and the permitted residential gross floor area, and decreasing the required minimum non-residential gross floor area. In order to facilitate the proposal, the number of permitted storeys would increase by 1. No reision to the overall metric heighs are proposed.
