Project description
The current unit (411) comprises two independent units (411 & 410 according to the original building construction plans) with two separate entrances and all the necessary utilities and amenities that go with two separate units (necessary outlets, ventilation, living room, bedroom, bathroom, etc.) On all other floors -10 and -11 are two separate units. At present, 411 and 410 are separated by a sliding glass door, making it a single unit (see attached floor plan). This project would replace the sliding glass door with a wall, formally separating the unit (currently labeled just 411) into two separate units: 410 and 411. This would make our unit consistent similar units on all other floors of the building (see attached building plan for analogous units on the 3rd floor and 2nd floor).
