The West Site is comprised of the properties municipally known as 1175-1181 Weston Road and has a combined site area of approximately 1,143 square metres (0.114 hectares). The second of the two development sites is located further east of the West Site on the south side of Locust Street (the East Site). The East Site is comprised of the properties municipally known as 7-17 Locust Street and has a combined area of approximately 1,482 square metres (0.148 hectares). The West Site and the East Site are physically separated by a T shaped parcel of land known municipally as 1169 Weston Road that is owned and operated by the Toronto Parking Authority as a surface parking lot (the TPA Lands).
