Project description

ZR Planning Folder The proposal contemplates the addition of three buildings with 44-, 35- and 9-storeys in height on the eastern portion of the subject site while retaining the existing 12-storey apartment building. Building A and B will be connected with a podium ranging in height from 2- to 6-storeys. Building C will be a standalone mid-rise building ranging in height from 4- to 9-storeys. The proposed buildings will have a total gross floor area of 66,466 square metres and when combined with the gross floor area of the existing building, will result in an overall gross floor area of 97,115 square metres and overall density of 5.15 floor space index (¿FSI¿). The proposal contemplates a unit count of 465 units for Building A, 353 units for Building B, and 104 units for Building C, which when combined with the unit count of 250 units for the existing building, will result in an overall unit count of 1,172 units.The proposal also contemplates a parking count of 415 long term spaces and 106 short term parking spaces for the proposed new buildings, which when combined with existing parking count of 149 spaces, will result in an overall parking count of 658 spaces. The proposal also provides a total of 704 bicycle parking spaces.
