The roof sign contains three sign faces, each facing northerly, easterly and southerly, and each contains electronic static copy. In addition, to erect and display an illuminated architectural spire, intended to provide a coloured lighting effect in conjunction with the frames of the respective sign faces. The building itself is located at the south-westerly corner of Gerrard Street West and Yonge Street, immediately south of a new mixed-use 75-storey condominium development commonly known as "Aura", three blocks north the public space known as Yonge-Dundas Square, and located within the Downtown
