Project description

Proposed modifications to the 8-storey residential building which was OPA/ZBA approved in 2020 (please refer to By-laws 370-2020, 371-2020, and 372-2020), and obtained Final SPA Approval in 2021. The proposed modifications provide for an 8-storey mixed use building, comprising of 116 squaremetres of retail GFA and 5,767 square metres of residential GFA, for a total of 5,883 square meters of GFA (4.73 FSI). The site is presently subject to an SPA Amendment Application, for which a future resubmission, reflecting the proposed modifications, is forthcoming.
