Project description

Proposed Alternative Solution is to use a fixed ladder in order to access a service platform where electrical equipment is placed, rather than a stair as required in OBC Notice from March 11, 2024. A stair is not feasible in this situation due to space constraints. Furthermore, there is no equipment that requires routine maintenance. It is fixed electrical equipment on the service platform consisting of control panels and transformers which would require infrequent access. The platform will therefore rarely be occupied, and if it were, it would like be by one electrician.
