ZR Planning Folder Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a four block, phased redevelopment containing 9 mixed-use midrise and tall buildings ranging from 3 to 55-storeys consisting of 2,390 residential units (including a designated percentage of affordable rental housing). 178,989 square metres of Gross Floor Area (GFA) are proposed, including 155,421 square metres of residential GFA, 22,496 square metres of employment GFA, 981square metres of community space, 493 car parking spaces in two underground parking levels and 3,818 bicycle parking spaces.
