Project description
ZR - Planning Revision Folder to permit the redevelopment of the subject site with a 13-storey" U "shaped mid-rise mixed-use building, with at grade retail uses fronting on Kingston Road and residential uses above. The application was approved by City Council on October 9, 2024. The proposal continues to contemplate the redevelopment of the subject site with a new 13-storey (43.1 metres, plus a 5.5-metre mechanical penthouse) mixed-use building with a total gross floor area of 23,753 square metres, including 1,070 square metres of ground floor retail space and 306 residential dwelling units on the upper levels. Two levels of underground parking are proposed to serve the building, with 193 vehicular parking spaces for residents, visitors and the retail space and 268 bicycle parking spaces.
