Project description

Interior alteration to the existing 2 storey office building (2nd storey addition, just constructed) to be converted into community health services providing the following programs and services: 1. Adult Day Services Program - provides supervised social, recreational, and therapeutic programming for seniors who are unable to attend regular community activities because of physical and/or cognitive impairment, including dementia; 2. Health and Wellness Program - offers social, recreational, and exercise-based programming for older adults and seniors; 3. Meals on Wheels Program - Prepackaged meals are prepared and delivered to the location by a third-party vendor daily and are then delivered by Reconnect to clients in the community.
