Project description
This application seeks to install two illuminated wall signs, expressed as logos or corporate symbols, at the upper storeys of only the southerly and westerly elevations. We understand that through various discussions with Sign By-law Unit staff this request was negotiated from an original proposal contemplating four upper-storey wall signs, each at the northerly, southerly, easterly and westerly elevations of the new mixed-use hotel building. Our client is accepting of this revised proposal only seeking approval for two upper-storey wall signs and, again, we look forward to your favourable consideration.
