Project description
The proposal contemplates the expansion of the existing 19-storey hotel and removing the office component on the Subject Site. An expansion of 152.6 square metres and 231.1 square metres on the ground floor and mezzanine floor respectively is contemplated, with an overall expansion of 383.9 square metres for atotal of 43,906.9 square metres. As a result, an additional 237 suites are proposed between the second to eight floors increasing the total number from the existing 424 to 661. Further, two additional parking spaces are proposed at grade for a total of 19 spaces and increasing the overall parking supply to 345 spaces.
