REV 01: PROPOSED BARRIER FREE WASHROOMThe scope of work is limited to Interior Alterations of existing vacant unit (Group F Division 2, Industrial occupancy):- New opening to combine mezzanine level (Units 10 and 12),- Demolition of one existing stair to the mezzanine level and the column under the stairs (Unit 12),- Enclosure/restoration of the slab, - Demolition of existing water closet in Unit 12,- Installation of new water closets (Universal WC, Powder Room, Single-Use Gender-Neutral water closet, Single-Use Gender-Neutral water closet with Shower.Proposed Occupant Load based on the number of proposed water closets is 48 people. OBC Div. B, Article 3.7.4.9., Table 3.7.4.9.No changes to the existing industrial occupancy proposed under this permit. Any future change of use would require a separate application or revisions.
