Project description

Work consists of the demolition and removal of the north wing wall located on the northeast side of the Gerrard and Carlaw. The wall is being removed because its current alignment conflicts with the approved design and structural footprint of the future Gerrard Station building. Scope includes demolition of the wall, implementation of dust control measures, and hauling/disposal of all demolition debris. Following demolition, the area will be graded and prepared to meet the requirements for upcoming foundation andstructural work associated with the new station. This demolition is one component of the broader scope of work required to facilitate construction along the Ontario Line corridor.
