Rev 01 - To change the foundation floor depth to an 80" wall height and to change the access from an interior window to an interior door. This will create an unfinished area for storage. The work includes additional excavation, a door cut rather than window cut, full height fibre glass insulation rather than foam, full height waterproofing with sump pump, been installation to support center joist lap. OUT OF SCOPE OF EXPRESS SERVICES - Install a perimeter concrete block perimeter foundation (48" deep) on a strip footing, around the entire perimeter of the addition.
