Project description

The existing poorly draining trench drain shall be replaced with a new one, a 3.3m length of drain pipe shall be replaced, and a new backwater (flapper-type) valve shall be installed on the storm line to prevent the potential for stormwater surcharging. All proposed work shall connect to the existing on-site storm sewer system, and all proposed work is located outside the building footprint.
