Project description
HVAC - Scope of work to include demolition of a portion of an existing MANGO store to create a new area inside CRU 20 for a Flying Tiger retail area. New scope includes new partitions, doors, finishes, millwork and lighting. Existing ceilings to remain with minor alterations proposed to some diffuser locations, local adjustments to sprinkler heads to suit new layout and updates to exit signage and emergency lighting. Existing storefront to remain and will be re-clad with new finishes
