HVAC - The existing cancer care clinic at SHN General Hospital is expanding is footprint across existing level 1 clinical space. The demolition permit is required to reveal the existing conditions of the building prior to construction to assist the design consultants and contractor with the extent of the proposed renovation work. The demolition is proposed to remove all partitions, fixtures, services (where not serving other areas) in the area of work. NOTE: all existing fire and life safety systems and access to existing exits are to be maintained throughout the demolition phase.
