Project description

HVAC - Tim Horton (100629) interior and exterior alterations. The exterior work will consist of mesh lighbox, repainting stucco finish and siding, new hockey stick door handles, new vinyl graphic above drive thru window, new exterior stamp sign c/w light, new c-channel, addition of wall sconces, replacing exiting wall packs with LED, repaint HM doors, ladder and railing. New illuminated Tim Hortons, script and Maple Leaf signage to be completed under a separate sign permit. The exterior site work will consist of new p direction sign post new pavement graphics, relents the Drive Thru directional signs and paint pole black, paint existing pylon sign post black new bollard covers on exiting bollard.
