The report recommends entering into agreements with (1) Drainstar Contracting Ltd., in the amount of $65,939,065 net of all applicable taxes and charges ($67,099,593 net of Harmonized Sales Tax recoveries), for the construction of Contract Number 23ECS-MI-02FS - Local Storm Collectors West, and (2) GIP Paving Inc., in the amount of $89,101,279 net of all applicable taxes and charges ($90,669,462 net of Harmonized Sales Tax recoveries), for the construction of Contract Number 23ECS-MI03FS - Local Storm Collectors East.
